Who is Worldhealer?

Worldhealer, Inc. is an emerging 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization consisting of young professionals and students, both American and foreign born, working towards systemic social and behavioral change through comprehensive education programs.

Our goal is two-fold: to cultivate understanding and appreciation of global diversity within the local community and to prepare underprivileged and disadvantaged individuals in developing countries to successfully integrate and compete in an increasingly globalized world. Both of these components encourage participants to become active members of their community.

Objectives

1. Support education and social diversity within the community by cultivating skills to succeed in a diverse society.
2. Provide opportunities for individuals to take ownership and continuously improve their lives using sustainable tools.
3. Communicate the importance of globalization and the interconnectedness of the world as a means of successful participation in the community.
4. Foster hope for a better future and a second chance for a functional and independent lifestyle.
5. Facilitate social and behavioral change within the local and global communities.
6. Maintain a comprehensive program and an adaptable, reproducible model for multiple countries.
7. Employ a diverse, qualified and international staff.
8. Collaborates with other organizations with similar missions and goals.
